By accessing and using the services provided by SkyNode Labs LTD ("SkyNode", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all infrastructure services, including Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Cloud Hosting.
SkyNode maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding infrastructure abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
All services are billed on a pre-paid basis. Payments are handled via our authorized third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Service Suspension: Accounts with overdue balances exceeding 48 hours will be automatically suspended. Data associated with suspended accounts is subject to permanent deletion after 7 days of non-payment.
We encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues. Initiating a chargeback or a payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with SkyNode support is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate all services and retain any data as evidence for the dispute resolution process.
SkyNode Labs guarantees a 99.9% Network Uptime. This SLA does not apply to scheduled maintenance windows or issues caused by third-party software installed by the user.
SkyNode Labs LTD provides unmanaged infrastructure services. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
