Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Commitment

At SkyNode Labs LTD, we strive to provide high-performance infrastructure. If our services do not meet the technical specifications outlined in your plan, we are committed to resolving the issue or providing a fair compensation via our refund process.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • New Customers: Eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase if a technical defect is verified by our team.
  • Service Failure: Refunds may be granted if we fail to meet our 99.9% Uptime SLA for an extended period.
  • Pre-paid Credit: Unused account funds (Add Funds) are refundable within 7 days of the deposit, provided no services have been deployed using those funds.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

To maintain low operational costs, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Third-party licenses (cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server) once activated.
  • Services suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Terms of Service.
  • Cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods.
  • Administrative fees or custom engineering labor.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

SkyNode Labs takes a firm stance against "friendly fraud." Initiating a Chargeback or dispute with your financial institution or our third-party payment processors without first contacting our billing department is a breach of contract. This will result in:
• Immediate termination of all active services.
• Forfeiture of all data hosted on our nodes.
• Reporting of the incident to global fraud-prevention databases.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your financial institution and our payment processor, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please open a billing ticket through the SkyNode Client Portal or contact us directly at info@SkyNodeLabs.com. Please include your Invoice ID and a detailed reason for the request.
