To provide premium cloud services, we collect the following categories of data:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and company details.
• Billing Information: Full address and tax ID. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and operating system logs for security auditing.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal grounds:
• To fulfill our Contractual Obligations (providing you with VPS/Cloud services).
• To comply with Legal Requirements (Tax and UK corporate laws).
• For Legitimate Interests (Securing our network against DDoS and fraud).

4. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, billing records are kept for 7 years to comply with UK tax regulations, after which all data is permanently purged from our encrypted archives.
